Who We Are

OPTIMA Data Solutions Ltd is a Rwanda-based research, data analytics, and capacity-building firm established in November 2018. We support individual consultants, institutions, and development partners to generate high-quality evidence for informed decision-making.

Since our inception, we have provided research support services across key sectors including public health, economics, agriculture, education, and social development. Our work covers the full research lifecycle—from study design and data collection to advanced analysis, reporting, publication, and dissemination.

OPTIMA Data Solutions is also widely recognized for its capacity-building programs. We have trained staff from public institutions, NGOs, universities, and private organizations on statistical software, indicator measurement, data management, and evidence-based reporting.

We are particularly renowned for delivering professional trainings at the University of Rwanda, supporting Bachelor’s and Master’s students through hands-on training in research methods, data analysis, and scientific writing.
